How to participate in classes:
1. Pay for 1, 5 or 10 classes
2. You can pay using PayPal, Credit/Debit Card (via PayPal’s system) or Bank Transfer.
3. Once you have paid, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the Subject: “Dancing With Gosia” stating which classes you want to participate in.
4. You will receive an email with a private zoom link invitation. Click on the zoom link and register for classes.
5. Join the meeting 5 - 15 minutes before the class begins.
6. You did it! Easy - peasy :) Enjoy the class!

In the midst of our current situation, when millions around the world are isolated from each other, I invite you to experience Gaga, M.O.V.E. and GoPiYoga classes and connect as a community, in the comfort of your own home or office. As always in Gaga, we will listen to the body before telling it what to do, connect to our range of sensations, and enjoy a workout.
I offer 2 x Gaga classes per week, 2 x M.O.V.E. classes per week, and 1 x GoPiYoga class per week. Classes are open to anyone. Let's all float and connect to pleasure!

What is Gaga?
Gaga classes offer a framework for users to connect to their bodies and imaginations, experience physical sensations, improve their flexibility and stamina, exercise their agility and explosive power, and enjoy the pleasure of movement. Gaga's movement language is developed by Ohad Naharin, house choreographer of Batsheva Dance Company, and constantly evolving.

Let’s give ourselves a chance to release all the negativity, fear, doubt, uncertainty and replace it with purification coming from movement, groove and a mindful journey through different sensations and stimuli. I want to share my passion to move with you in a clear, raw form. We will sweat, stretch and fill ourselves with meaningful tools that will help us maintain and increase both our mental and physical wellbeing through these challenging times.
Let’s not focus on our limitations and restrictions, instead appreciate the comfort of moving in your living room, enjoy your freedom, lift your spirits and M.O.V.E. with me!
I am a dancer, choreographer, Gaga, and contemporary dance teacher.. I’m a founder of the independent dance company DanceLab; and a founder of GoPiYoga, a movement, that combines Yoga, Pilates, Dance, functional training, and body conditioning. I want to invite you to M.O.V.E with me, to explore your body’s endless abilities, to laugh, connect to the great power of music, get stronger and become fearless.
Class duration is 30 - 40 mins and is open for everyone, no prior experience in dance and movement needed.

GoPiYoga is for you. It’s a movement that inspires you to change, to evolve. It’s a moving language that soothes your mind, invigorates your body and brings harmony. GoPiYoga was created out of a great desire to share passion and love of movement and to discover the endless potential of your body and mind. Private, professional Yoga and Pilates instruction is an investment in your practice and in yourself. GoPiYoga offers private and semi-private classes to target your specific needs. I will set an agenda based on your priorities – mastering a challenging pose, learning correct pose posture and alignment – focusing on your body and your practice.
GoPiYoga group classes are tailored to consider all levels of fitness and ability. Our genetics, background, lifestyle and occupation, all have a huge impact on how our bodies look and feel. Every activity you do regularly, from holding your baby, working in an office, to lifting weights, jogging or dancing professionally, shapes your body. Years of use, misuse and abuse lead to discomfort, pain, injuries, premature ageing as well as permanent nervous tension and stress. GoPiYoga, Pilates and Yoga can undo this misuse; awake your deep intelligent muscles, recover the body and improve your wellbeing.

Until today, classes were only experienced in person, in a shared space. Due to these extenuating circumstances and in the spirit of continuous research, myself and many teachers across the world are now sharing classes online in a shorter format. Let's together strengthen our engines and connect to far away places, especially as we are currently unable to physically gather together.
